No. 236: My Daily Morning Cycling Routine

Every morning, my day begins with pedaling. The quiet streets before sunrise, the empty bike paths. The sensation of the wind brushing against my cheeks gently wakes my still-sleepy body. I get out of breath on the uphills, and a smile slips onto my face on the downhills. I’m certainly not fast. But during this time, I can let go of all my worries. When I stop at a traffic light, the distant sky begins to turn orange.
