Along the highway, as cars kept passing by, I tried to show off an embarrassing outfit again today. Standing at the edge of the sidewalk, leaning against the guardrail, my heart pounded every time a passing car driver glanced at me. The wind pressure when a large truck passed by made my outfit stand out even more, and somehow I felt a strange thrill. The moment I caught a glimpse of someone inside a car stopped at a traffic light, I instinctively froze, but that too was a thrill. I have no intention of running away anymore; rather, I want to be part of this highway. I try stopping under road signs or balancing on the white lines.
