TR‑01 wears a chain and an anal plug with a tail. On all fours she crawls to a bowl under the table and begins to eat. The Doctor rests his foot on her ass, then on her head, controlling posture while she feeds. He drops bitten peach pieces into the bowl; she takes them greedily, with full appetite. He lifts the tail and works her vulva while she finishes the last of the food. She rises and takes him into her mouth, then deeper into her throat. He finishes in her mouth. She crawls back on all fours to her place. File note feeding, foot control, genital handling and oral service ran as one uninterrupted domestic function. Compliance absolute. Mandated. Rendered.
