From the SCAR Archive DEGRADATION GYM RECORDS / Tape 02 Session objective: track bilateral endurance in a side plank — record what happens when each side fails and comes back. Side plank is simple geometry: one straight line, hip off the floor, held by nothing but the muscles underneath. TR‑01 holds the line until it starts to sag by millimetres the camera sees before she does. The Doctor calls each drop; she corrects, and every correction costs more than the original hold. Both sides are tested. The dominant side lasts longer. The non‑dominant side shows what the Lab cares about more: a faster, rougher collapse‑and‑return cycle, where she drops and comes back up simply because there was never an option to stay down. File note: Asymmetry was higher than expected. She returned to position quicker on the weaker side, which the Doctor logs as the more significant data point — less strength, more reflex obedience. Assigned. Executed. Graded.
