Hotel Snooper Part 1 - Eye Level View

Returning to my room just minutes after leaving due to an oversight I am surprised to find one of the staff rummaging in the bedside drawer and wearing a pair of my knickers on his head. No acceptable explanation is offered. To remain in employment he opts for punishment at my hand. I have him strip to his underpants, gag him, add a pair of tights (pantyhose) to his headwear and chain his hands behind his back. After I slip into something more comfortable he gets a good flogging. Pushed for time (always busy) I leave him chained to a nice, hot, cast iron radiator while I relax with some retail therapy and a good meal.
