No. 255: Exhibitionist Play on the Stairs

I sat down on the stairs along the riverbank to take a break. As I gazed absently at the flowing river, it suddenly occurred to me, “Maybe I could do it here.” It was an embarrassing pose I’d never normally do, but since no one was around, and the steps seemed like the perfect platform at just the right height… I stood up and decided to give it a little try. The cold feel of the concrete and the distant cry of seagulls were my only witnesses. My heart was pounding with anxiety—what if someone came down from above?—but every time the wind brushed my cheeks, I felt a surge of joy. Afterward, I slumped down on the steps, blushing a little.
